Gorbolani stands on high cliffs above an always stormy sea. Strong winds whistle through its narrow streets, carrying the smell of salt and iron. The houses are built from dark stone and old chains hang across the harbor, rattling when the waves rise too high. The town is a place of both danger and promise. Sailors, mercenaries and all kinds of wanderers gather here, looking for work, gold or a way to escape their past. But beware: while the storms around Gorbolani can swallow ships, the alleys can swallow men.
