This town is famous because of giant eagles nesting nearby. Enormous birds hunt for cattle and fight for their territory without fear or doubts. Rumors say that a human commander once tamed such an eagle and cast fear into the hearts of enemies: they threw weapons away and fled from the battlefield. Nice addition to the battle forces of any ruler.
